Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, Kylie Cosmetics does not offer returns or exchanges on used items. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process

Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your case qualifies for a replacement.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging and include the provided RMA form inside the box.
- 4.Ship and Track
Send your package back using a traceable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit.
